Product Description
FRZB2335 is a zinc borate made from boric acid and zinc substances. It is a flame retardant of free-flowing white, semi-crystalline powders, insoluble in water.

Application
- FRZB2335 can be used as multi-functional synergistic additives with other flame retardant additives in polymers to improve the flame retardant performance,reduce smoke evolution, and burning drip, accelerate charring, and suppress the afterglow.
- FRZB2335 has been used in engineering plastics, such as PA, PBT, PC,especally with better resistance against arcing and tracking for electronic and electrical components.
- FRZB2335 can be also used in halogen free flame retardant systems based on alumina trihydrate and magnesium hydroxide and intumescent coating and paints.
- Other applications are in flexible PVC areas such as Flooring,transport belting,wire and cable materials.
- FRZB2335 also usually has general borate functionalities such as anti-corrrosion,infra red absorption, biostatic and fluxing properties, antifungicide for wood preservation.
Package and Storage
FRZB2335 is delivered in 25kg Multi-layer sealed bags: inner is plastic bag, outer is paper bag with plastic film coated inside, or according to customer’s requirements.
